Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of GREYS.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products (themes and plugins on WordPress) within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. As it is possible to resolve most issues, the refund is a relative option that will be considered separately for each case if we cannot find any solution to your issue after working on it together.

There are possibilities for this policy to be abuses based on the principles of digital goods. Therefore I reserve the authority to reject refunds in case I feel that anyone is trying to take advantage of the refund policy in wrong means.

Refunds for the products purchased from external marketplaces will not be entertained and you need to get in touch with the respective service centers for the marketplaces. In case you made the purchase from other marketplace, get in touch with them to solve your query as I will not be processing any refund for the same.
